The Work

Removed all ice and disassembled the Manitowoc ice machine for deep cleaning
Cleaned the water system, evaporator plate, distribution components, water trough, curtain, and bin using approved cleaner and sanitizer
Washed and inspected the condenser coil, water pump, float and curtain switches, and all electrical components
Reassembled and ran a full cleaning cycle, verifying proper operation through multiple harvest cycles
